"Deck the Halls with Boughs of Holly!" The North Pole is decorated with Christmas decorations all year long because Santa's elves work better when they are happy with their surroundings. They love the colors red and green and like to see all the shiny lights and ornaments hanging from the Pine trees and wreaths in the North Pole. It gets them excited for the big day. They sing Christmas songs while they work and are happy every day of the year.
